Canadian Firearms – (Restricted) RPAL Course
This course is offered ONLY if you have completed the PAL course in the previous 7 days.
The Restricted Possession and Acquisition Licence  will allow you to purchase restricted Firearms which are predominantly Handguns
Everything you need to know in order to apply for a Restricted firearms licence in Canada. A passing mark for this class is a minimum of 80% on both the theory and the practical exam
