Restricted Possession and Acquisition Licence (RPAL) The full RPAL course is for anyone who would like to own Restricted firearms that has completed a PAL course more than 7 days earlier.  This is a 6 hour course that requires a passing mark of 80% on both the Theory and the Practical exam.
